The first thing you need to do is to clean the area well to remove all of the soot so that you can see the traces in the area. Photograph the traces so that they can be repaired if cut. Then cut away all of the badly burned (and likely conductive) fiberglass. After the conductive material has been removed, then you can begin troubleshooting.

i have this amp.the caps blew up.when i power the amp up the rectifiers overheat. what should i be looking for?
I agree with Perry, unless you can repair that area of the board that is fried I would consider this one a dead Jim. Looks pretty bad in your picture...
