The transistor is marked 3B and is likely a BC856B.
The circuit you have circled and the rest of the circuit in that area control the power switching to various parts of the board, muting, etc. What do you want to know about it?

I want to know a little loud work closes, then continue to work, the coil pulling a line, will work properly, but that the coil is very hot, what is the problem?
