Hi, After having issues with the protection light coming on and large current draw when sitting powered up on a bench with nothing connected to the output i have replaced all of the output transistors and i now have another issue...
when the amp is powered up all of the three led's are flashing different colours and then every 5 seconds there is a kind of power dip and a strange high pitched noise similar to a tropical insect coming from a component around the area of one the large transformer coils for a few seconds and then it will stop and the cycle starts again
just wondering what i should start with next, the capacitors in the area dont look inflated or to be leaking but i ws thinking of desoldering and testing these next
any advice appreciated, cheers
