Got this in for repair and when you hook a speaker up to it, It makes a loud high pitched hum out of the outputs almost like a 2k sine wave... Any ideas??

Does it do it with no RCAs plugged in?
Is the shield ground intact in the signal source?

You need to see where the signal starts in the preamp section. It could be due to a broken pot, especially in the crossover.

Did you try tracing the signal before you tried replacing the pots and switches?

Trace the high pitch from the output terminals backwards to the preamp section ?? Since the amp does it with no rca's connected

Trace it from either end.
