Default Tsunami DB 1100D

This amp is using RFP50N06's with 22 ohm gate resistors and A916,C2316 drivers,


Would the IRFZ44's or 48's work as good subs??

Will the BD139 and 140's work as replacement drivers??


Also The IRF9640's aree the positive Rail?

Those should work as drivers.

I don't know enough about this amp but if it's an amp that uses the B52/F16 ICs, the 9640s are likely the high side FETs.
