The power light on this amp will light up then within 3 secs shut off

The amp is producing both + - 30 volts on the rails

I also have + - regulated voltages..

But the power light shuts off within 3 secs after powering up and the amp has no output..

Any ideas??

Does the power supply remain on after the LED goes out?

Measure the DC voltage across the leads of the LED. Does it go from positive to negative 15v (or vice-versa, depending on the probe orientation)?

Think i figured it out . The positive regulator was doing some wierd stuff.

One time it would work and show 15 volts the next time it would show 2 volts and so on i replaced it and amp powers up and plays perfectly
