This amp is using a 2N4401 for the bias transistor..
Is there a good sub to for this part? |

Ok I guess the other transistors are also defective in the left channel
Are there good subs for the 2N4401 and the 2N4403?? |

For a bias transistor, changing the transistor to a different part number could result in a bias that's no longer stable over a wide range of temperatures. The MPSA06 may work but you'd need to run the amp up to thermal to confirm that the bias is not drifting. If it drifts upward at high temperatures, it could cause the outputs to fail when the amp gets hot.
