Default hifonics power supply pwm driver card

i have a hifonics bx2200d that came to me missing the 2 gate drive transistors on the pwm driver board. Q7, Q8 . (top right hand corner)

Click the image to open in full size.

i found a pic of the same card in the hifonics section (in the tutorial). the 2 missing are marked BE .

this is the only part number i could find......will this work?

NXP | BCX55-16,115 | BCX55 Series 60 V 1 A SMT NPN Medium Power Transistor - SOT-89-3 - Future Electronics

i have some toshiba 2sc2881's , but they are 120v .8a npn . will these work as replacements?

Many of the SMD transistors are listed in the Semiconductor Datasheets folder on the DVD. Scroll down to the section 'transistor marked...'

This one is likely a 2SB1260. The NPN transistor won't work.
