anyone have any substitutes for the MJF6668 and compliments? it goes in a powered car subwoofer.

The datasheet suggest equivalent parts. The originals are readily available but you may have to buy from two different suppliers if you need both NPN and PNP.

Where at? i dont see equivalents in there, i need them from some place that I have accounts with, like digikey, mcm, etc...

It lists 'electrical' equivalents. I know of no exact equivalents.
