Default RFG70N06 replacement.

Can't seem to find the RFG70N06 on octopart. Can those be replaced with something similar?

I have HUF75344G which appear to be similar in voltage, amperage, and total gate charge but then again I'm a novice at cross referencing.

These are for the power supply in a Kicker ZR240.

Thanks a lot.

The HUF75344G will be OK in that amp.

Thanks, also the secondary ground trace to the crossover module is burned, is that module probably defective?

I doubt that burning the secondary ground would have affected the module but the modules have common failures so it may well be defective. If you're unsure and don't have a jumper/bypass module, jump the pins on the back of the vertical board and test it without a module.

Awesome, I found the jumper diagram on your website, thanks a bunch.

Can a defective module blow an otherwise good amp or will it just cause issues?

If you have the tutorial, the diagram is in the kicker folder.

Yes. I've seen modules that oscillated at a very high frequency which caused output transistors to overheat and fail. The problem was defective SMD capacitors in the module.
