Kicker 1500.1

I got one of theese amps in for repair and i need to order some parts for this thing.

This amp was taken apart by someone else and alot is missing off the board.

I missing the fets, outputs, power supply drivers, gate resistors, the rectifiers have broken legs, Class D board is fried, and ect..

So i need to order some parts but need help with a few of them..

Power supply fets are IRF3205'S Correct?

Gate resistors are 100 ohms 1210 package??

Missing the power supply drivers : Q24 Q25 Q26 Q27 anybody know what part numbers they are??

Outputs are IXTQ36N30P correct??

And anyone find a good source for the rectifiers : MOSPEC F30D40D ??

Ok going through this amp one more time and found that the blue crystal on the class D board has a broken leg..

Its marked 250MG

Anyone have a good part number for that??

Ok got parts in for this amp..

The orginal power supply drivers im replacing with MJE171 and MJE182G..

Will the MJE182G work as a good replacement for the MJE181 since i couldnt find anyone who had them..

Also is it the MJE171 or MJE182g middle pin connect to ground??

The 171 will have it's middle leg connected to ground.

The 182G will work.

I can't tell on the photos of the 1500. If it's the same as the 1000, it's a TIP42C.

Do the drivers for the power supply fets face toward the power and ground terminals??

Do you know the value of C13 ?
