Default 2SK3057 Substitution

Hello and thanks for reading.

I am repairing an eclipse amplifier that has 2SK3057 mosfets in the power supply section and 2 are missing. This amp has been gone through by someone else and it is not looking good!

My question is would a STP55NF06FP work in it's place?

http://www.st.com/stonline/books/pdf/docs/7544.pdf
VDSS : 60v
ID: 50A (k3057=45A)
RDS 18mOhm max (k3057=17mOhm)
Ciss: 1300pF (k3057=2100pF)
The STP55 is faster in turn on and rise times but it seems to be a viable option.

I looked at the IRFIZ series but they only handle 37 amps (IRFIZ48).
I appreciate any thoughts or advice as I have not had to substitute yet in my limited experience.
