can't find output transistors data...

i'm working on an os targa q-58mx and upgrading the irfz42's to irf3205's, and i was just checking on the outputs, but could not get a reference to them. they seem to be fine, but just in case, i was curious. they have a big k on top, and the numbers are b688, and d718. anyone know what they cross to? would tip35c/36c be a good replacement, if needed?

Just put 2S in front of the number:

2SB688 and 2SD718

In general, the TIP35C and TIP36C are not a good sub because they require different biasing.

The FJA4313 and FJA4213 are good subs (well, they have been in all the amps I've used them in).

If it has a K for the logo, they're made by KEC. KEC uses a KT prefix but transistors that use the 2S prefix are generally the same part.
