HiFonics Series VIII "IPIG" ZD1, what is it?
I have a IPIG module from an Series VIII Hercules here, were ZD1 is shorted.
On that diode there is only a mark "560". Or does that just mean 5,6V zener voltage? It's a very small diode, I think 1/4W or so. Thanks for your help! |
