Does it have a logo or anything else on the face of the FET?

Generally, on Motorola FETs, the part number indicates the basic specs. The 125N06 would be an N-channel, 60v, 125 amp FET but I can't find anything like that.
What model amp is it in? Do they appear to be the original parts?

I think those are more likely to be 25N06s than 125N06s (rated for 25 amps vs 125 amps).
I'd suggest using something like the IRFZ44 with 100 ohm gate resistors. The 470 ohms gate resistors will need to be replaced for virtually any FET that you're likely to use.
