There are 2 10 ohm resistors that sit behind the transformer. The board locations are R51 and R52 I believe they are 10 ohm resistors. Does anyone know the wattage on them??

For that location in a similar amp, the service manual states that they're 1w.

Ok i put the new resistors in..

Amp powers up and Idles Perfectly relays kick on..

I have + 11.95 volts and -11.5 volts at all op-amps

I have +65 volts and - 65 volts on the outputs..

Amp has no output at all..

Is that normal for this amp or what would cause this?

I'm not sure about this amp but it's normal for many amps that use this basic design. If it has no output and the relay is engaging, the relay could be defective of you may have a broken leg on an inductor.
