Wondering if anyone knows what the correct part number is or what diode i could use.
This is an electronic crossover and the reverse polarity didoe is burnt and half of its missing. So just wondering if anyone knows what diode i could use in it? |

Virtually any diode rated for 1 amp or more will work. The 1N400x diodes are commonly used.

1N4004 is what i was thinking.
Is that a good choice for the diode? |

Yes if it's comparable in size to the original.

The voltage doesn't look right. 8 and 11 should have the same voltage.
9 and 10 seem to be producing output. What are they using for power supply transistors?

Assuming that there are two D1062s that have their collectors connected to the transformer, do you see pulses on the center legs?

Are the C1815s driving the transformer?
Did you check the op-amps to see if they had ±15v on their power supply pins?
