LM7815 and LM7915

Im working on an amp and the 7815 and 7915 both have no output.

This is what i get on diode check

7815

1-2:0.567
1-3:0.556
2-3:OL

probes reversed

1-2:OL
1-3:OL
2-3:0.752

7915
1-2:0.562
1-3:0.650
2-3:OL

probes reversed
1-2:OL
1-3:OL
2-3:0.569

On the 7815 in ohms i get

1-2:2.712 Mega ohms
1-3:15.92 Mega ohms
2-3:45.5 K ohms

Probes reversed
1-2:OL
1-3:OL
2-3:45.5 k ohms

Do both theese appear to be good or defective?

The 7815 'may' be defective. You can't really test regulators like you do transistors except to determine if one is shorted or badly leaking.

What is the DC voltage on the pads for the regulators?

Black probe on ground ?

You didn't say what make/model amp it is. Placing the black probe on ground will generally work.
