Default Jenson Amp

This amp uses IRFZ24'S for the power supply fets Will the IRFZ44's or Irfz34's be a good replacement?

It depends on the drive circuit (gate resistors, etc...).

They are using 68 ohm gate resistors . And all i see on the driverboard is a
KA555 OP-amp And A1027 and C1023 Drivers

If the 1027s and the 1023s are driving the FETs via 68 ohm resistors, you could use the Z44s or the Z34s.
