Default Orion 250r blowing fuses

I had a bad FET in this amp before. When I changed the FET with an old FET that I had everything was fine. Since then I replaced all FET's to make sure it's more reliable. Now when I power it up the fuses blow. But they don't blow on contact, they blow after a second or two. I have measured the FET's and they all seem consistent. None of them have 0 ohms to ground or to any of the legs. The same goes for all the BJT's. Thanks

Observation: The fuse that is closest to the middle of the amp blows immediately when the fuse is placed into holder with power connected. The other fuse blows slow when placed into holder and power connected. The remote power is not hooked up at this point. The only thing hooked up to amp is B+ and ground.

Do you read more than a fraction of a volt when you place your meter across the first and third legs of the power supply FETs as you insert the fuse?

Are you sure that you don't have the power connections reversed?

Is anything getting hot?
