Default Need help with first ported box please!

This is my first box build, and I just got the subs this past week, so I'm chompin at the bit to get one built. I have max dimensions, etc. below. I hope this is enough info! Here's what I've got:

- Max Width: 45.5"
- Max Height: 12.75"
- Max Depth: bottom 24.5" (bottom if wedge shaped)- Top depth needs to be approx 8~8.5" shorter than bottom depth to create proper angle to fit flush against my seat (if height is between 12 and 13 inches).
- 2 Level 4 12's
- Power per Sub: 600~700 watts each
- Goal: SQL
- I'd prefer ported (I have heard 4th order has a great freq. bandwidth, but needs to be big)
- Sub up / port back
- approx. 3.5 cubes net (or whatever you guys think is best), tuned to 29-31 hz
- Vehicle: 2004 Honda Pilot
TSPs/Specs:

Click the image to open in full size.

- 3/4 MDF
- Double baffle with flush mount
- 45'd corners and port entrance
- whatever bracing I need will be done with 2x4's or MDF

If there is any more info needed, I can provide it. I've messed around with torres' calc (over on SMD Forums) and read a TON, but am still at a loss (sort of a slow learner :/ )

Thanks in advance for any insight and help!

I meant to put that these are DC Audio Level 4 12's. Each one will be wired to a RF Punch P-500.1bd amp at 1 ohm.

The 15" driver specs out at an EBP(Efficiency bandwidth product) of 54..........suited to a sealed enclosure, not ported. For a maximally flat response of Qtc of .707 I got 3.423422804 cubic feet per driver, sealed . That's taking into account stuffing the enclosure with Dacron for a thermal mass, and the volume of the driver assembly itself.
Your available volume in the car is a little over seven and a half cubic feet, very do-able for two 15"s. I wouldn't bother with the 12" or the 10" as the sensitivity falls off a lot..as to make them kinda useless.
