9.89v on pin 11 of the power supply board. I also get that same reading across the zener diode that is @ D206 right before pin 11 near the card on main board and same voltage on pin 2-1 of the audio driver card. There is no voltage on any other pad of the audio card (still removed).

On the power supply driver card I have:

Pin 1: 12.79v
Pin 2: 4.34v
Pin 3: 12.79v
Pin 4: 12.14v
Pin 5: 0.000v
Pin 6: 12.78v
pin 7: 0.176v
Pin 8: 0.000v
Pin 9: 0.000v
Pin 10: 3.08
Pin 11: 9.9v

Thanks for your help on this one Perry... Its driving me nuts, lol. There is no real visible signs of damaged components anywhere. I've been over this amp several times.

Are you sure that the trace that connects pin 11 and pin 2-1 doesn't split off anywhere?

Can you post a photo showing the entire board?
