Default another memphis 1000d

ok im working on this amp and im not getting any voltage on the op amps. and the two voltage reg are over heating.

How long does it take for them to get too hot to touch?

If the board behind the RCA jacks is in a socket, unplug it to see if that reduces the heating. If it doesn't, post the DC voltage on the three terminals for each regulator.
