FKV550 Subs?

Trying to find equivalent or better subs for the FKV550. I tried looking through the IRFZ series, but cant find anything with fully insulated packages.

any ideas?

Look at the IRFIZ44 and IRFIZ48. I think Mouser has both.

i forgot all about mouser.

I found the IRFIZ44s at future electronics, and got them from there...

Its for a sony and i replaced the bad FETs with some used FKV550s i had laying around, the amp worked, but the transformer started emitting some horrific noise around 13.9 to 14.1v, waveform being distorted as well.

Drop the voltage below 13.5, around 13.2 or 12.8, power suppy runs fine.

But vehicals run around 14.4v, so as soon as i connected it in, KURPOWWW went the FETs
