Default Anyboy know of quality service tech for KRC-939?

I have a Kenwood deck that has recently been pulled off the shelf where it has sat for the last 20+ years and the tuner is unresponsive and tape deck in inop. Probably just belts. Any info appreciated, thanks.

The old Kenwood decks had problems with bad solder connections on the inductors in the tuners. Anyone you get to work on it should desolder and resolder those first.
