Default Kenwood mp532u ejecting cds

i have a kenwood kdc mp532u and it keeps ejecting cd's/ cdr's etc when i try to insert. is there any common fixes for this type of issue?

i tried to find the repair service manual for the unit but you have to pay to play i guess.

Email me if you want the service manual.

Generally, if the CD player takes the CD in, spins it and ejects it, the problem is a defective laser pickup, a defective spindle motor or a problem with the drive circuit for either of these. If it never tries to spin it, it could also be that it's not loading the disc fully (bent mechanism, etc).
