Long shot but I thought I would ask to try to get an educated guess:
Orion NT200 #1. Pops a fuse as soon as power is applied to the remote turn on lead. Does not pop the fuse when +/- only applied. Orion NT200 #2. Hissing noise from the power supply area of the board. Orion NT100. Hissing noise from the power supply area of the board. Both NT200's have buldging power supply caps. I do not have the proper input cables to test if the two hissing NT's play music or not. They are new to me and wanted to verify they would power on. Found the above. ![]() Long story short: Any ROUGH estimate on what it would cost to get these going to full spec and who is qualified with the time to do it right away? Proper cabling and termination is on the way and the vehicle is gutted for this install. Caught in a pickle indeed! Kirk |
