i have an old rf power hx2 12 that needs reconed but i figured i would try doing a custom woofer instead. anyone know of a good site to get parts? i saw robot underground had a few pieces on ebay but not much of a selection. any help would be greatly appreciated.

THIS site may have something you could use buy you should understand that the rebuilt speaker will not sound anything like the original speaker. It's also likely to cost you significantly more than a new one. If you simply want to do it to see if you 'can' do it, it may be worth the effort. If you're trying to save money or restore the woofer back to the original specs, it's probably not worth the effort.
Since you stated that it needed to be 'reconed', I'm assuming that the cone is damaged and unrepairable.

I have e-mailed this guy before and bought parts, I believe he still stocks all the parts for the power HX2. Just e-mail him the model number and he will get right back to you. These kits need to be fully assembled they are not drop in recone kits. You can get your CA glue on ebay from teampsi. The gentlemens e-mail is crawdadsspeakers@comcast.net Hope this helps....
