ok i just put this memiphis 1000d back together and one side of the output get to warm while the other side stays cold? maybe something on the driver card?

Yes. If the driver boards are in sockets, swap them to see if the heating follows the driver board.

ok i got that fixed one more thing.the audio is really distorted and only produces little bass.

i found the other problem. it plays but the audio is really distorted.

That appears to be at a very low level. Does it remain badly distorted if you drive the output to about 30V RMS?

Is the distortion audible?

yes it stays the same.and the distortion is audible.

Is the signal clean going into the audio PWM board (the board closest to the RCA jacks)?

no... i even changed that board and still the same.
