I received the amp today! I threw it on the bench it powered on fine but when i tried adjusting the front & rear gains it made the speakers jump in and out and make funny noises and i took a closer look and the pots are breaking of the board. Everything else seems to work fine except the gain pots are broken. So is there a direct replacement??

Are they black Piher potentiometers? If so, Mouser has some of them. They're either 6mm or 10mm (outside diameter). They're 5k ohm pots.

PacParts should have them but Mouser has also begun stocking them. The value is printed on it (502)?

Try PacParts first if you want an exact replacement. If they can't supply it, try Mouser.
3B is the taper (log, linear, reverse log...). 5K is the value. X2 means that there are two individual pots.

I was having a bit of trouble locating the part. Also i pushed down on the broken pots and the amp started to play music but one channel didn't play nothing.
