PUNCH 4080 DSM

does anyone know where i could find a new switch for this amp. it has 2 identical switches, 1 for phase shift and 1 for L-R. it's the 1 for L-R. i can get measurements later if needed.

Sorry I have the wrong ones, same configuration but smaller.
