Default Quick question about Orion 2500D, 1ohm resistors on driver board

What is the tolerance on those, 1r0 is that 1.0 +-10%? As in 10% tolerance of a deci-ohm?

I have resistors marked 1R0 and one is 1% and the other is 5%. The 1% is green (others are blue) while the 5% are black.
