Default Diode Question

Anyone know of a good part number for a HZK12A2L diode ???

I tryed ordering from Digikey and they said they dont have anything close.

Or is there a good part number that will work?

Also is there a good part number for a D600K transistor?

If it looks like this:
http://documentation.renesas.com/eng...3g0018_hzk.pdf

If so, maybe this will work:
BZV55-C12,115 NXP Semiconductors Zener Diodes

The 2SD600K is difficult to find. The following part is generally a good sub:
KSC2690AYSTU Fairchild Semiconductor Bipolar Small Signal
