Default PUNCH 4060X

i got this amp with 1 blown channel and a blown power supply. i got the power supply repaired and i'm pretty sure i have replaced all the defective components in the output circuit. the problem is that i have no audio in any of the channels, i noticed that my pre amp ic's (LM833) are getting +/- 20-24v. if i'm correct that is too high. would this have something to do with the TL072?

That's a bit higher than I'd expect.

Does this amp have voltage regulators?

What's the PC# on the board (i.e. PC-0282)?

There may be a problem with the voltage regulation for the rails (if it has regulation). Try to get a schematic diagram from Rockford Monday.
