Default HIFONICS SAMPSON

I REPLACED THE OUTPUTS IN THIS AMP ALONG WITH THE DRIVER IC'S AND A 330 OHM RESISTOR ON THE DRIVERBOARD.

WHEN TRYING TO POWER THE AMP UP THE RELAYS CLICK ON FOR A SEC THEN CLICK OFF AND AMP GOES INTO PROTETION.

IF I REMOVE THE OUTPUT DRIVERBOARD AMP POWERS UP BUT THE GREEN LED DOESNT LIGHT WITH OR WITHOUT THE DRIVERBOARD.

ANY IDEAS ON WHERE TO CHECK?

I'm not familiar with that amp. Photos of the driver board may help.

On the output terminals of the output filter inductors, do you have DC on any of the inductors just before the relay clicks?

I put the board back in after replacing that cap. Amp powerd up but after 3 to4 secs after the relay clicked on it sounded like something was shorting on the main board.

I also have Dc voltage on the outputs so i removed the board .

I dont wanna blow the outputs.

Back to this amp again.

I replaced all outputs and let the amp sit for awhile now when i try power it up it draws excessive current.

If i disable the output section amp powers up fine and idles around 5 amps.

I checked all outputs in the amp they all tested fine I also have the output driverboard removed.

Any thoughts on where to check or do i need to take all outputs back out of the amp and check for leakage?

Is there any DC on the output filter inductors when you power it up without the driver board?
