If you have 20v there, you should have voltage on pin 8. Didn't you confirm that pin 8 was connected to the cathodes of DP10 and DP11?

PIN 8 connects to the anode side of DP10,11 (non striped side)

When you checked DP10 and DP11, did you confirm that they read ~0.6 one way and open when the probes were reversed?

Are all of the components in the circuit?

I was mistaken. The anodes of DP10 and DP11 would read 0 ohms to pin 8 of the driver board.

Let's take this step by step...

With the black probe on the secondary center tap of the small transformer do you have approximately 24v on the anode of DA1 and the collector of QA3?

With the black meter probe on secondary center tap of the small transformer i have the following.


DA1 anode side:32.74 volts

QA3 collector:32.72 volts.
