Infinity 1300a remove heatsink clips

I have a Infinity Refrence series 1300a that is slowly oscilating on and off when the remote wire has no power applied.I have trouble shot the problem to a couple of transistors near TL494 circuit.
Problem is I cannot rempove the heatysink tabs without them breaking .My shop was about was cold when this happened.Someone please let me know how to remove the heatsink tabs

If they don't look like the ones in the photos on the following page, post a photo of the clips.
