This amp needs 4 x IRFZ44 in the power supply but also a complete channel worth of outputs. The outputs are A1673 and C4388 neither of which Mousre or Digikey has a listing for.
Can I use A1694 and C4467 as substitutes? I have those on order for a "600w" California Profile amp. Both the Kenwood and the California are "600w"... but the Profile is using 4 outputs and this kenwood is only using 2. Thanks! |

The 4467 is rated much lower and wouldn't likely be reliable. If you want to use transistor in the case like the 4467, use the FJA4213 and FJA4313. You'll have to use insulators with them since they're not fully encapsulated.

You should order some of the Kapton from J&R electronix. It's a good insulator that can be cut to size.
