Default Rockford Fosgate BD1000

This amp is stuck in protection mode. Heres the voltages i have

U18
1:0
2:0
3:0
4:-9.89
5:-0.55
6:0.59
7:-8.60
8:9.89

U11
1:0
2: 0

4:-9.89

7:-0.07
8:-0.22

U21
1:-8.60

7:8.53
8:9.89

Any of thoose appear to be defective?
