This amp uses The IRFP064N as power supply fets. I cannot find them anywhere Everyone ive talked to says they have no stock.
Wondering if I could replace them with HUF75344G From future and be fine? |

The 75344 should be a good sub. Newark has the 064s if you want the originals.

I replaced the the drivers for the power supply fets in 1 supply .
I have the gate wave form on all power supply fets expect for 3 on each side so i have no gate wave form on 6 total fets in this amp. Is that normal or do i have a problem somewhere? |

There's a problem. Check the signal on the bases of the driver transistors for the FETs with no gate signal. Confirm that the NPN driver's collector has 12v on it.

found the problem Both diodes are shorted. The number is 1N5240B is there a good sub for theese?

How were the diodes being used?
It's a 10v Zener diode. You need to use the same part or one with the same breakdown voltage.
