Amp wont power up. Heres what i have on the 494
1:0 2:0.05 3:0.05 4:0.03 5:0.03 6:0 7:0.03 8:1.59 9:0 10:0 11:1.59 12:1.59 13:0.82 14:0.82 15:0.82 16:0 Any ideas on where to begin? |

If the emitters of Q1 and Q2 aren't at 0v. Look for an open ground trace.

where are Q! and Q2 located cant seem to find them?

They're SMD transistors near Q3 (non-SMD).

Ok im going by top pin as leg1.
On the first transistor i have 1:0 2:0.72 3:0 Second transistor 1:0.72 2:0 3:0 |

Post the voltages with the circuit board designation for the base, collector and emitter of both SMD transistors and Q3.
