Default gm-3400x very low output

hi there! pls help me W/my gm-3400x
the problem is my amp produced very low output
anyone can help? pls pls!

Are the gains set to the highest gain?

Are you sure the signal source is producing sufficient output?

Did the problem start at once or was it intermittent for a while?

yes the gain is set in highest.
yes the signal source is sufficent.
the problem start at once sir.

i did try to turn all the gain in highest but the problem remain in very low output.

Do you have a scope?
