Default Coustic AMP-460 Repair???

Hey there to all,
I am repairing an o/s AMP-460 and need to replc the FET's. Which is a better choice since the originals are no longer available: ON Semi TIP142GOS-ND ... Or the ST Micro: 497-2541-5-ND
Specs are the same for both with the exception of the pkg type.
(TO-218 vs. TO-247) TRANS NPN DARL 100V 10A...

Thanks 2 all,

If the original was in the TO-218 case, that's the one you should use.
