Alpine mrd-m500 v12 amp just got it for repair need some help

hello im newbie here looking for some answers.Im starting amp repairs at home with very short history of amp repairs-i probably fixed like 30 amps till today and i wanna get better and better so i've started buying blown amps to fix and offer for sale at resonable price.I got this Alpine in a lot of broken amps and once conected to power supply power light with flash so i opened it and checked all the mosfets so here we go i got few bad.See the problem is i cannot find one of them

Marking on the case is p14nf06 manifactured by st
when i go to their webside and enter the part number it always says part not found.When i enter stp14nf will show 3 results and none the same im looking for.

yep i found that when i was looking around i saw the datasheet on the top it says stp14nf06 but the type said stp14nf10 and i was able to find them in digikey.Thankx u for the responce sir
