Rectifier question

Im working on a amp and it uses a mospec u16c20a Rectifier. I have a mospec f12c20a will that work in it place or is there a good cross?

Not unless it's going into a low power amp. The MUR1620CTR should be a good sub.

So the part would say U1620 or U1620r?

The CTR and the rectifier with the A suffix are negative rectifiers.
