when buying these should i get the R or the O? ( FJA4313OTU / FJA4313RTU ) the R has hfe - 55 @ 1A, 5V. the O has hfe - 80 @ 1A, 5V.
i think i should get the R it is closer to the original part spec. not sure which one i should get. |

It probably won't make a difference but if there is a choice, get the one that's closest to the original.
