If the originals were BUZ11s or rail voltage is less than ±25v, they may work. I generally use IRF540s.

Not sure if this helps, but I sent a Punch 150HD in for repairs to Landis Technical Services, and they used 8 IRF540's and 6 BUK455's in the amp. Basically, they rebuilt the whole amp.

Replaced the power supply fets with IRFZ44's And replaced the outputs with IRF540's.

AMp will power up and play fine for about 2-3 mins then the output gets very low and you can hear static through the speakers with or without the rca jacks plugged in Any ideas?

The preamp module likely has damage from leaking capacitors.

After removing the caps and cleaning the board, shine a bright light through the board and look at the traces with a magnifying glass. You're likely to find that some of the traces have been eaten through. It's difficult to tell without shining a light through the board. If the electrolyte has flowed under the ICs, you should remove them also so you can clean the electrolyte and examine the traces.

If the board's not repairable, try emailing the ebay seller dealsbyjason.
