the other day i blew my amp. i opened it up and the power supply is burnt. i also noticed that this amp has previously been repaired (output stage). it's so big i hate to mess anything up so i called fosgate and they want $550 just to fix what is wrong with it and a 90 day warranty. thats a lot for me. so i called a guy i heard about online and he told me thats it's a gamble because certain parts used in these amps he can't get a hold of, but if he coould repair it it would be 1/2 as much as fosgate. do yall think i should attempt to repair it or what?
If/when you order parts, you should order the driver components.

10 ohm resistors, likely 0805 size (connected to gate of the power supply FETs). Confirm before ordering.
If the FETs are soldered to the MEHSA insulators, you'll need to read the following post:
