sorry my tester probe is bad, by the way there are
4 capacitors c114, c212, c314 and 412, I took
a sample audio signal from their legs, and
put it to an amplifier, the audio is clear in all channels,
does that mean that the problem is in the output
section? and if so what can be bad, I check all the
transistor smd and throu hole and can`t find nothin bad

What type of distortion?

If the manufacturer provides no specific instructions on setting the bias, I generally set the biasing by monitoring the DC amperage drawn from the 12v power supply. Initially set them fully counter-clockwise. Power up the amp and note the idle current. Turn the bias pot clockwise slowly until you just barely see an increase in the idle current. Do this for all channels.

All heatsink mounted transistors MUST be tightly clamped to the heatsink when doing this.

using my power supply amp gage , I was able
to adjust rv204 and rv404, but rv104 and rv304
doesn`t do any increasing in the power supply gage.
from counter-clockwise I Turn the bias pot clockwise
all the way and there`s no drawing.
all channels are working ok.
