Is the LED designated as the thermal protection indicator or is it simply labeled 'protection'?

Can you post a photo of the inside of the amp?

after you select post quick reply, you should see at the bottom it says additional options there is a box that says manage attatchments. click that, and it should as you for file you wanna add.

find it on your computer, and then select open/apply/attach what ever options it gives you. and you should be set

Is there a small 2-wire component under one of the clamps on the heatsink?
